  18.         Added configurable quote enhancer, @ variable support in quote
  19.         headers and taglines. Taglines can be edited on the fly from
  20.         tagline menu. Interactive tagline steal mode added. MegaReader
  21.         taglines recognized and stolen. Added a tagline Twit feature to
  22.         avoid collecting unwanted taglines.

  43.         Added Blue Wave reader support and auto installation. Fixed

  45.         Edit tagline routine. TLX now re-suggests taglines after using
  46.         the internal message editor. Twit tagline list increased to 500.
  47.         New duplicate tagline removal routine recognizes most truncated
  48.         taglines.

  55.         menu. Fixed small problem with extra line being added before
  56.         tearbar. Fixed @CONFNAME@ Conference name variable when used
  57.         with Speed Read. Pressing Escape when adding a new tagline text
  58.         file aborts the process.

  70.         new NO TEARBAR mode. Extended FIDO quoting mode, uses only

  72.         support when Browsing taglines, search, delete, dump multiple
  73.         taglines by 'tagging' them. Faster maintenance routine, and
  74.         faster tagline suggestion routine.

  77.         Minor bug fix release to correct a screen display error. Fixed
  78.         small bug in the pop up file directory tree. Fixed bug in
  79.         tagline counter not being updated if tagline is edited on the

  81.         .COM in the string.

  93.         Version 3.40 - released 02/04/94
  94.         Minor update. Added new feature to 'guess' tagline format to use
  95.         (similar to the 'guess' Quote style option). Added an extra
  96.         field for FIDO style quoting, with an alternative Quote Box Top
  97.         & Bottom design (with no High ASCII). Fixed quote comments to
  98.         allow empty fields. Added NEW search routines, multiple searches
  99.         are now possible by separating strings with a semicolon. TLX now
  100.         checks the reader signature for network compliance. Improved
  101.         'Tagging' options during browsing, you can now Dump or Kill
  102.         taglines at the same time while marking them.

  104.         Version 4.00 - released 05/20/94
  105.         Major update. All existing features have been enhanced, and
  106.         several new features have been added. Added on line context
  107.         sensitive help. Increased the length of tagline viewing windows
  108.         to FULL 72 characters. Deleted taglines behave differently, and
  109.         can be restored. New extended search routines, allowing several
  110.         operations during the search process. Twit taglines are
  111.         shortened to 25 characters. Full featured signature manager
  112.         added. The reader signature is now controlled by TLX to ensure
  113.         network compliance. A brand new configuration menu, offering
  114.         more control over every facet of program operation. Quote
  115.         enhancer has been redesigned to fit within network quoting
  116.         restrictions. Reduced command line length to allow comfortable
  117.         installation. New Full mode eliminates BATch files, reduces
  118.         swapping and allows for faster program operation. Added support
  119.         for the Silver Xpress mail reader and Blue Wave OS2. Extended
  120.         RoboMail support. Added support for stealing taglines from Blue
  121.         Wave BW and Silver Xpress OPX mail packets. Speed optimization
  122.         for all functions.
